Swedish Heritage Days, Good Neighbor Festival set for July 25

Renovo- A full day of community spirit, local history, and fundraising is planned for Saturday, July 25, as residents are invited to attend two special events in Renovo.

The day begins with Exploring Our Swedish History, Heritage Day from 10 a.m. until noon. The event will celebrate the area’s rich Swedish heritage and provide an opportunity for community members to learn more about the people and traditions that helped shape western Clinton County.

Following Heritage Day, the festivities will continue with the Good Neighbor Festival from noon until 6 p.m. at 530 Erie Avenue in Renovo.

Attendees can enjoy a variety of activities throughout the afternoon, including live music, local vendors, food, and a cornhole tournament. Organizers are encouraging residents to come out, spend time with friends and neighbors, and support an important cause.

The Good Neighbor Festival will serve as a fundraiser for Vinnie Kishbaugh, who was recently diagnosed and is in need of a liver transplant. Community support will help assist Vinnie and his family as they navigate the difficult journey ahead.

Events such as these continue to showcase the generosity and close-knit nature of the Renovo community, bringing people together to celebrate local heritage while lending a helping hand to a neighbor in need.

The events are brought to you by The Greater Renovo Area Heritage Park, whose continued efforts help preserve local history while strengthening community ties throughout the region.
