Austin Places Three on Northern Tier League Volleyball All-Star Team

AUSTIN – Three members of the Austin Lady Panthers volleyball team have earned Northern Tier League All-Star recognition following an outstanding 2026 season that saw the program establish itself among the area’s top teams.

Cailyn Ogden, Anna Brewer and Marissa Stuckey were selected to the league’s all-star squad, giving Austin three representatives and tying Otto-Eldred for the most selections of any school.

The recognition comes after a memorable season for the Lady Panthers, who compiled a 16-2 regular-season record and made school history by advancing to the District 9 Class 1A semifinals for the first time.

Ogden was a dominant presence at the net throughout the season, providing the Lady Panthers with a powerful offensive weapon. Her ability to deliver kills and blocks made her a key factor in Austin’s success.

Brewer played an equally important role as the team’s setter, directing the offense and consistently putting her teammates in position to score. Her leadership and steady play helped fuel Austin’s impressive run.

Stuckey rounded out the Austin selections after establishing herself as another dependable offensive threat. Her contributions at the net, along with her serving and defensive efforts, gave the Lady Panthers a balanced attack.

Otto-Eldred’s Rayel Hakes received the league’s Most Valuable Player award. Her teammates Emma Button and Ayal Vanscoter also earned all-star honors.

Oswayo Valley placed two players on the squad with Ella Resig and Aubrey Resig receiving recognition. Other selections included Ella Walhers of Coudersport, Jaidyn Mahon of Port Allegany and Elsie Bresslin of Cameron County.

For Austin, the three all-star selections provide another highlight in a season that will be remembered for the Lady Panthers’ success on the court and their historic postseason accomplishment.
